2019 College to Career Fair
Employer Booths are sold out! Employers are encouraged to continue to register, in the event a company cancels. All companies will be placed on the wait list in order of registration. If a booth becomes available, the company’s contact will receive an email containing information on registering. The company will have 24 hours to complete registration, or the booth will be released to the next company on the wait list.
The College to Career Fair of the Nashville Area Career Fairs is a smaller event than it has been in past years due to some membership changes. In 2018, just over 400 students attended from Middle Tennessee Schools. We hope you will be able to join us and meet future employees from the Middle Tennessee area.
Note: For the 2019 fair, the Consortium has decided to forgo the Teacher Recruitment fair. K – 12 school systems interested in recruiting should reach out directly to the member schools regarding opportunities to recruit education candidates. The College to Career Fair (an event focused on business and industry) will be the only recruiting fair in 2019.

The College to Career Fair is for business, industry, government, and non-profit organizations.
Meet hundreds of students and alumni in program fields ranging from science, liberal arts, nursing, engineering, music, agriculture and business. The event is hosted by the Nashville Area Career Fairs Consortium member institutions: Athens State University, Austin Peay State University, Belmont University, Cumberland University, Fisk University, Lipscomb University, Tennessee State University, and Vanderbilt University.
The event will be held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST. Registration fee of $400 will provide a 6 ft. skirted table with 2 chairs and a small trash bin in an 8 x 8 foot draped booth.

- Electrical Outlet ($50.00)
Employers who wish to participate in the Nashville Area Career Fair must:
- Attend the fair to recruit/hire students and alumni who are affiliated with the Consortium member colleges/universities.
- Have full-time, permanent career opportunities for the students and alumni participants in Management Training Programs
- Have paid internships and/or cooperative education opportunities
- Have full-time career opportunities with salaries starting at least in the mid 40’s ($45,000).
- No pyramid scheme employers
All submissions will be reviewed. The Nashville Area Career Fairs Consortium reserves the right to wait list any company as a result of the opportunities submitted for the Career Fair. In the event a company is wait listed, the company will be contacted.

Set up time will be 11:30 AM on February, 21, 2019. A ” Know Before You Go” will be sent to all vendors as we get closer to the date.
Booths are assigned based on date of registration so early registration is recommended. Sponsors will be given premier booth space.
If you are planning on shipping anything or having anything delivered to the stadium, please use the delivery request form and return it to Kate Dickerson at Nissan Stadium. There are also handling fees associated with the delivery of boxes/pallets. Please review Nissan Stadium’s shipping and delivery protocol. Contact Kate Dickerson with any questions.

There will be no refunds after Monday, January 21, 2019.
There are no refunds after the cancellation deadline. Organizations that do not attend and do not cancel before this date will be responsible for the full amount. All cancellations received will be acknowledged. The consortium is a non-profit organization with obligations for venue and vendor contracts. We appreciate your assistance in helping keep the fair costs as low as possible.
