$175 for each additional
booth (payment must be from the same company)
*Please purchase extra lunch tickets now, if needed. Additional lunch tickets cost $20 each prior to the fair
and $25 each the day of the event.
If you need electricity at your booth, it is an extra $45.

Use the Information
button to print a one-page sheet containing all fair details
including agenda, logistics, lunch, hotel reservations and
directions. |

Use the Hotel
button to reserve room accommodations.
The consortium has made
arrangements for special room rates and a shuttle service to
the fairgrounds at 8:30 a.m. and returning to the hotel at
3:15 p.m.
Hotel Reservation deadline
is Jan. 16, 2008.
Shuttle reservations are $5
per person and must be
made when registering for the fair online. Please do
not try to make reservations for the shuttle through the
hotel. Print out the Information sheet above for
additional details. |

Use the Directions
button for a direct link to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds
website complete with map and driving directions. Additional
directions available on the Information sheet above.
Parking is
FREE and contiguous to the exhibit halls -- unloading of
materials is available at each fair entrance. |

If you plan to ship your
display to our event, click the Shipments button at
the left and complete the REQUIRED forms. |

Click the Advertising
button at the left for details on placing an
advertisement in our employer directory.
Directories are given out to student and alumni attendees at
the door and serve as a job search manual, providing a convenient listing of all the organizations attending
our event.
Additionally, the directory
has become a valuable resource for participating career center's
after our event to assist students about possible career opportunities.
Please note
Registrations received after the deadline date will
not be included in the Fair Directory. |

There are no refunds
after the registration deadline. Organizations
that do not attend and do not cancel before this date will be
responsible for the full amount. All cancellations
received will be acknowledged. The consortium is a
non-profit organization with obligations for venue and vendor
contracts. We appreciate your assistance in helping keep
the fair costs as low as possible. |
