Use the Register button to confirm
your attendance. Registration fee of $300 includes a 6' skirted
table, carpeted booth, two chairs, wastebasket, and a company identification sign. Registration Deadline is February 1, 2007.
NOTE: If you do not
receive an email confirmation of your registration within 1
working day, contact Bill Fletcher,
Vanderbilt University, (615) 343-6864. Registration
and confirmation is done strictly online and via email.

Use the Schedule
button to print a one-page sheet containing all fair details
including agenda, logistics, lunch, hotel reservations and
directions. |

Use the Hotel
button to reserve room accommodations. The consortium has
made arrangements for special room rates and a shuttle service to
the fairgrounds at
8:30 a.m. and returning to the hotel at 3:15
p.m. Hotel Reservation deadline is
Feb. 1, 2007
Shuttle reservations must be made when registering for the fair
online. Please do not try to make reservations for the
shuttle through the hotel. Print out the Schedule for additional
details. |

Use the Directions
button for a direct link to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds
website complete with map and driving directions. Parking is
FREE and contiguous to the exhibit halls -- unloading of
materials is available at the entrance. |

If you plan to ship your
display to our event, click on the Shipments button at
the left and complete the REQUIRED forms. Do not send shipments directly to the
fairgrounds as they will not be accepted. |
 |
We will again be
publishing an employer directory for our student and alumni
attendees. The directory serves as a job search manual and
provides a convenient listing of all the organizations attending
our event. Additionally, the directory
has become a valuable resource after our event that is used
when advising students about possible career opportunities.

Cancellation
Policy |
There are no refunds
after the registration deadline of 2/1/07. Organizations
that do not attend and do not cancel before this date will be
responsible for the full amount. All cancellations
received will be acknowledged. The consortium is a
non-profit organization with obligations for venue and vendor
contracts. We appreciate your assistance in helping keep
the fair costs as low as possible. |
