Registration Fee: $300.00. Booths are assigned alphabetically by state. All booths requiring electricity will be placed based on plug availability.

Cancellation

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER 1/30/2013
There are no refunds after the registration deadline.  Organizations that do not attend and do not cancel before this date will be responsible for the full amount.   All cancellations received will be acknowledged.  The consortium is a non-profit organization with obligations for venue and vendor contracts.  We appreciate your assistance in helping keep the fair costs as low as possible.
